Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce

Jenn Miller, DE&I partner at Henderson Engineers, is a 2024 recipient of the ACE Award from the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce (KC Chamber), a business network that represents more than 2,200 businesses across the region. The ACE Award is granted to mid-to-senior level leaders who are “making exceptional efforts to foster diversity, equity and inclusion in the community they serve.” In addition to spearheading Henderson’s DE&I program through efforts such as people resource groups and community outreach, Jenn serves as a board member of three non-profits focused on leveling the playing field for underserved communities, namely Community Service League, Growing Futures Early Education Center, and The Family Conservancy.
