Tracy Worley

PE, PMSFPE

Fire Technical Director
From an early age, Tracy had a knack for building, taking things apart, and drawing. That same curiosity and creativity now drives his work as the fire technical director at Henderson Engineers, where he ensures precision in processes, documentation, and tools while also improving design strategies, exploring AI applications, and advancing sustainability efforts. Tracy is actively involved in the industry, serving as the chapter president for the Nashville Society of Fire Protection Engineers and as a member of the Architects, Engineers, and Building Officials board for the National Fire Protection Association. He’s also involved with the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers.

One of his proudest achievements is earning his mechanical and fire protection engineering licenses while raising a family and contributing to high-profile, environmentally friendly projects. During his time off, Tracy enjoys spending time with family, roasting a perfect batch of coffee beans, and hitting the golf course.
