Greg has been leading marketing and business development teams for more than two decades, working closely with clients and teams to improve client journeys and identify trends that support long-term success. He’s always been drawn to the engineering and construction industry, having an appreciation for the people behind the work and the impact they make. Greg joined Henderson Engineers as the senior marketing & business development director after seeing how well the firm aligned with his interests in finding sustainable solutions that mitigate the negative social, environmental, and economic consequences of climate change.
Passionate about people and his community, Greg serves as a member of the Prairie Village, Kansas City Council where he chairs the Environmental Committee. He’s also architected the City’s Climate Action Plan for municipal operations and is in the process of developing a community-wide plan that will guide actions to meet the City’s Race to Zero pledge to be carbon neutral by 2040 or sooner. Additionally, he’s involved with Climate Action KC, a Kansas City-based non-profit dedicated to advancing policies and programs to address the impacts of climate change in local communities. In his free time, Greg enjoys spending time with his family by going on hikes, playing board games, or enjoying a “classic” movie from the 90’s, as his kids would say.
