Faron McNeal believes that people do their best work when they feel part of something bigger, when they’re connected to a purpose, to one another, and to the impact of their everyday efforts. That belief led him to Henderson, where transparency, values, and collaboration are lived out in the work we do. As retail sector operations director, Faron’s focus is on building systems that serve people, frameworks that reduce friction, foster trust, and create clarity at every level. His work is less about process for process sake, and more about designing rhythms that give teams the clarity and confidence to move forward together.
For Faron, being a good leader starts with showing up and being present, and he builds trust through consistency. His decade-long involvement with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kansas City, including service on multiple advisory boards, and additional mentorship programs focused on youth empowerment, reflects that belief. Outside the office, Faron is drawn to open roads and open chords, you’ll find him strumming a guitar or taking spontaneous road trips, always in pursuit of new perspectives, deeper insight, and a little wonder along the way.
