Strategic Consulting Project Director
As Team Henderson’s strategic consulting project director, Nikki Hammer helps guide clients toward intentional decision-making. With a background in electrical engineering, design, and project management, she brings a wide range of expertise to every project and is known for asking the right questions, building strong relationships, and transforming clients’ visions into reality. In fact, Nikki was recognized with the Illuminating Engineering Society’s Edwin F. Guth Lighting Design Award for her work on driving energy efficiency in lighting and controls design for the NOAA Pacific Regional Center in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.

In her free time, Nikki mentors future engineers and serves on the ABET accreditation board review committee for the Architectural Engineering program at the University of Colorado Boulder. She’s a proud supporter of her children’s school climate club and STEAM fair. In addition to her love for spending time outdoors in the mountains camping, biking, hiking, skiing, or paddleboarding, she’s a fan of gardening, baking, and cheering on her kids from the sidelines at sporting events.
