Lynn Browning leads his team with empathy, clarity, and purpose, ensuring great work is accomplished through strong teamwork. As the project management director, he oversees firm-wide project operations, tools, and project management training programs. Since joining Henderson, Lynn has had various roles across multiple sectors, but one thing that’s never changed is how much he values the people he works with whether it’s team members or clients.

Lynn began his career as an electrician, transitioned into engineering design, and later stepped into project management position. That hands-on experience has shaped his people-first, problem-solving approach to leading teams and driving results. Lynn is known for his strong communication and relationship building skills, as well as his ability to build scalable systems, develop project management talent, and align data with business outcomes. Whether he’s mentoring project managers, navigating change initiatives, or refining operations, people can trust Lynn to create environments where people and systems can reach their full potential.
